Questions & Answers
Question 1: What type of cooked food are suitable for vacuum cooling?
Answer 1: All kinds of bread, and small cakes, desserts, pasta, donuts, grilled meats and so on.
However, foods that contain a lot of water like soup are not suitable. Since air is contained in water, these bubbles are co-extracted with the water during vacuum cooling and sprayed across the chamber. The vacuum chamber gets dirty.

-Fast & Efficient Cooling: Only 3 minutes from 100 ° C to 25 ° C!
-Incredibly energy saving cooling way: 30% at least power consumption can be saved since there is no need to start the compressor when the temperature goes above 30 ° C!
-Longer shelf life due to less microbiological contamination
-Bring better taste than salmon

Answer 4: Of course. Machines can be mobile when equipped with trundles
Question 5: Who can help with the installation of the vacuum cooler? Is it easy?
Answer 5: If the machine is integrated design (vacuum chamber and compressor, vacuum pump etc are integrated together) then the installation is just to connect the power cable and install the water tower. Pretty easy! Your technician can make it by himself.
If the machine is of separate design (vacuum chamber and compressor, vacuum pump etc are split and integrated), installation will be a little more complicated.
In any case, we can appoint our technicians for overseas installation!
