COLDMAX "ECO Mode" vacuum cooling technology
Simple and efficient construction system for all kinds of bread. Typically, the target temperature is about 30 ° C. The standard cycle time is 3 to 8 minutes, depending on the type of bread and the weight of the load.
Thanks to our patented technology, if the temperature of the product exceeds 30 ° C, the compressor will not work and only the hot product can circulate! This reduces energy consumption and minimizes maintenance.
COLDMAX "Plus Mode" vacuum cooling technology
There are several ways to control the cooling rate. The POWER type means that the vacuum system works simultaneously with the cooling system. This mode is activated when the target temperature is less than 30 ° C (i.e. 5 or 10 ° C).
Please note: Vacuum cooling technology will take some moisture from the product (3 -5 %). Compared to conventional cooling methods (i.e. blowing fan, spiral cooling line), it is less and acceptable.
