COLDMAX "ECO Mode" vacuum cooling system
Simple speed adjustment options to reduce cooling time. From the beginning temperature (90-100 °C) to the preset target temperature (usually, 25-30 °C), it just needs 3 – 8mins, it varies with different type of bread and the weight of the load.
Thanks to one of our patented technologies, when the product temperature is higher than 30 °C, the compressor will not be started, and the hot product can be cooled only by water circulation! This reduces quite a lot energy consumption and reduces maintenance.
COLDMAX "PLUS Mode" vacuum cooling SYSTEM
The PLUS Mode means that the vacuum system works with the refrigeration system at the same time. This mode is needed when the needed temperature is lower than 25-30°C, for example 5-10°C. Energy recycle is possible, such as the production of warm water wash water.
