COLDMAX "ECO Mode" vacuum cooling technology
Simple and efficient system construction for all bread types. The final temperature is about 30 °C. The standard cycle time is between 3 and 8 minutes, depending on the type of bread and the weight of the load.
Thanks to one of our patented technologies, when the temperature of the product is higher than 30 °C, the compressor does not need to be activated, and the hot water product can be cooled only by water circulation! This results in much lower energy consumption and minimal maintenance.
COLDMAX "POWER Mode" vacuum cooling technology
There are different ways to control the cooling speed. The POWER type means that the vacuum system works with the refrigeration system at the same time. This mode will be activated when the preset target temperature is lower than 30°C.
