COLDMAX "ECO Mode" vacuum cooling technology
Simple and efficient construction system for all types of bread. Usually, the target temperature is about 30 ° C. The standard cycle time is between 3 and 8 minutes, depending on the type of bread and the weight of the load.
Thanks to one of our patented technologies, when the temperature of the product is above 30 ° C, the compressor will not be activated, and the hot product can only be cooled by the circulation of water! This leads to lower energy consumption and minimal maintenance.
COLDMAX "POWER Mode" vacuum cooling technology
There are several ways to control the cooling rate. The POWER type means that the vacuum system works simultaneously with the cooling system. This mode is activated when the target temperature is less than 30 ° C (i.e. 5 to 10 ° C).
Please note: Vacuum cooling technology will take 3-5% moisture from the product. Compared to conventional cooling methods (blowing fan, spiral cooling line), it is less and acceptable.
